Description

2005 Used Winnebago RIALTA 22HD Class B in Oregon, OR. Rare, immaculate, 2005 Rialta HD with all the options and many upgrades. It has 50,000 gentle miles, helped with the installation of a transmission cooler and thoughtful driving and maintenance. I'm the second owner and I have cared for my "Silver Bullet" as if I were going to drive it forever. But after 5 years we've decided to buy something bigger.

Everyone thinks this is a new RV because the silver exterior and light grey leather interior are timeless and in excellent shape. I updated the interior with powder coated black cabinet hardware, stainless steel bath and sink fixtures, and new carpet, all of which complement the solid maple door and cabinet faces. When we travel, 1-3 people a day ask me where I got it. Really.

This is not the cheapest Rialta for sale but it's definitely the best investment. If you take care of it you'll get you money back when you sell it.

Here are the factory installed upgrades:
Symphonic Silver Metalic Paint: $3375
Grey Leather Seats in Cab AND Coach: $1553
Stylized Aluminum Wheels: $1121
Delux Sound System: $709 (6 speakers and subwoofer)
Upgraded AC: $128
Though not technically an upgrade, my Rialta was built with three very useful drawers below the 3 burner cooktop instead of the useless oven found in many HD models.

I have installed the following upgrades:
Transmission cooler: $857 (important to ensure a long-lived transmission)
Scan Guage transmission temperature monitor: $125
2013 Kenwood CD/receiver with Sirius radio, hands free calling, Bluetooth, etc: $568
New refrigerator Sept 2016: $900
Convection oven/microwave: $544 (I replaced the stock microwave that is wall mounted above the cook top so we could bake properly)
Dashmat: $45 (has kept the dash looking like new!)
Upgraded shower faucet and custom-made curtain: $100 (I moved the shower faucet so it is actually comfortable to take a shower)
Custom insect screens for the front door windows: $100
Calmart custom-fit Sunbrella RV cover to protect paint and body: $900 (Listed separately on Craigslist and NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. I MENTION IT ONLY TO EXPLAIN HOW CAREFUL I HAVE BEEN ABOUT PROTECTING MY "SILVER BULLET")

All appliances are in great working condition, including the generator, 2 air conditioners, coach furnace, stove top, brand new refrigerator, and convection oven/microwave. I have had oil changed regularly and have all maintenance records for the life of the vehicle.

If you are new to RV's, this is the rig for you: it drives and parks like a car, has great visibility, great mileage at 15-18mpg, and the Rialta owners' user-group internet forum will ensure you have technical help wherever and whenever you need it.

See photos for more information. (I will add photos of the interior cabin as soon as I'm done detailing it in a couple of days.)
