2005 Used Winnebago RIALTA 22QD Class B in Michigan, MI

2005 Used Winnebago RIALTA 22QD Class B in Michigan, MI. VW engine with a Winnebago body. Gets 17-20 MPG and drives like a dream. 2005 is the last year they made this vehicle. Because they don’t make them anymore these vehicles are hard to find and they hold their value. This vehicle is in really good shape. Great power due to the bigger engine VW put in the Rialtas the last few years they made them. Great visibility due to the big back window which makes this RV really easy to drive and park anywhere. The roof and seams all resealed in summer 2016 ($700 update that should last for another 10 years) Brand new vehicle battery. Tires have about 10,000 miles on them. Well maintained and cared for with oil changes etc. Has generator that works and has not been used much. All systems work including heat and AC except the gas fridge. Fridge works when plugged in and the gas fridge could be fixed. I just never needed it.  Has a nearly new awning but it needs a couple of pins replaced and does not currently roll out correctly. The tiny TV does not work. Who wants to watch TV when camping? :) You do? You'd probably want a better TV anyway and you could add one. Has a CD player and nice stereo system with quad speakers. Truly a dream vehicle for a musician or a couple wanting to travel with their home on their back. Her current name is Ruthie but she won’t mind if you want to change it. Contact me for more details.
