2006 Used Adventure Manufacturing RIVERSIDE 27RLS Travel Trailer in Texas, TX. 2006 27RLS Riverside trailer. Sleeps six, queen sized bed in private master bedroom with new memory foam mattress purchased last year, under bed storage. Couch folds down for sleeping as does the dinette set. All tires on the trailer have been replaced in the last two years or so. The trailer has one large power slide which contains the sofa and dinette with under seat storage. Electric/Propane refrig. 6 gal. electric/propane water heater. Side by side sink. New awing material installed this past spring. This is a front bedroom /rear livingunit with large windows in the living area for maximum view.  It has two exit doors for safety. One ducted A/C unit (works perfectly) and central heat with thermostat. Tub/shower and commode in private bathroom. One owner trailer, never smoked in, never lived in.  Our dog has enjoyed weekends with us but has done no damage.  We have done some work to the interior and exterior to remedy some water damage (See photos). Everything is solid with no known leaks. 
Known defects: Hail dents to the back facade. Some damage to the front facade as pictured. The refrigerator has a recall on it, needs a simple kit installed. Lovingly cared for and in good shape.  Used mainly for short weekend trips.  It is in good shape and still has many good years left.
