Description

2006 Used DRV MOBILE SUITES 36TK3 Fifth Wheel in Georgia, GA. I have only had this for 14 months. I purchased it from Camping World and Georgia and come to realize my 1997 F250 is not meant to be for this camper. The gross vehicle weight is 22,000  empty is 19,000. If you have a heavy duty truck or you just want to park it on your property it’s a great living RV. Set for year-round.   If you have a smaller lighter camper may be a trade deal can be managed.   As you can see in the photos I have complete honesty. One rear fender had some damage and I don’t even know how but I did  put some metal mesh over it and still have not applied the fiberglass. And there is a picture of a spot along the top where a tree at a campground passed in front of me.  This was the first time I’ve owned a camper so you can just call me a rocky.  I also am providing pictures of an NADA  and what they estimate. And of course I’m totally shocked by the MSRP. The bottom line you may have to figure by yourself and make the offer  it may come as a first come first serve if I like that price. I currently have it in the Cumming, Georgia area and would  appreciate it sold by December 15 and I can then search for a smaller camper for myself.  feel free to call if you are serious, 770-235-5513. There is one more thing I remembered the leveling jacks  work fine. For some reason which I’m not for Milyer with and shortly after I got it the rear ones would not go up. I remove the bolts and pulled them up  tied them up. I have actually been using it for over year without those jacks. Haven’t really needed them.
