Description

2006 Used Fleetwood PROWLER REGAL 365BSQS Fifth Wheel in Oklahoma, OK. Great 5th wheel for ended stays or short trips. Newely upgraded throughout with new LUCID 100% memory foam mattress (regular queen size), stainless steel bathroom faucet, regular size, Dometic precelean toilet, vinyl wood flooring in entry and living room, LED lighting throughout including outside fixtures, wallpaper removed and walls painted white to greatly increase the feeling of space, dated RV valances removed and modern blackout curtains installed, auto propane tank switching device installed to help reduce the chance of running out of gas on a cold night, new water pump installed, and new refridgerator cooling element installed by Dave's RV in Claremore. It also has a brand new battery.

The space above the fireplace will comfortably fit a 32" HDTV and it can hook into the multi channel surround sound system.

All items throughout trailer are in perfect working order. I used this trailer for a 6 month stay on proptery in Bristow. It was fantastic and I couldn't have been happier with it. It heats and cools extreamely well and was always very comfortable, even when it got to -6F. It will come with 2 30lb propane tanks and a 50' 50AMP power cord.

All the slides work just as they should and there are no leaks anywhere in the unit. The RV is currently being stored at a storage facility in Tulsa. Send me an eMail and I would be more than happy to show it off! The unit has been winterized.

Disclaimer: There is a horizonal patch on the left rear side of the trailer that was pre-existing and patched by Dave's RV in Claremore. I have never experienced any leaks from this patch during the 6 months I lived in it or during the time since. They could have made it look better but it is apparently a perfect patch. Just bring honest here...
