2006 Used Fleetwood TIOGA 31M Class C in California, CA. Extremely clean and meticulously maintained. Gel Coat exterior looks like new. Roof is in excellent condition. All new batteries, new queen mattress, slate flooring in living and dining area. Transmission fluid, oil, antifreeze, and brake fluid changed last month. Tires are in great condition. Power entry step and a rear vision camera. There is an air conditioner with a combined heat pump. Also gas heat for winter trips which is vented to the holding tanks to prevent freezing. This model can be winterized in minutes.
