2006 Used Forest River WILDWOOD 4022B Travel Trailer in Florida, FL. 2006, 42 foot Wildwood Travel Trailer. Biggest made. 3 Slids/2 bath   

I Will be in Homestead starting Thursday, Feb 15th. 

To my knowledge, this is the biggest travel trailer commonly made. 42 interior feet of living space with 3 slides and two bathrooms! 

I had a family of 6 and we lived in it the winters for the last 10 years in Florida. It is not a park model. Its made to be towed. There are two big bunks at the back bedroom where I have the office. It fits two adults on the bottom and one up top. Or 3 full-size kids. There is a separate entrance to a toilet and sink bathroom in the back which is really nice. The third slideout is in this room and gives it SO much more space than the 38-foot models. You have to see it to believe it. That's a full-size office chair in the pics at the desk. Most of what you see in the photos will be included in this sale. You can also exit out the back door that way. 

New 2016 instant propane hot water heater. It feels like a house now because of the endless hot water. Automatic satellite dome on top which still works. Full-size dishwasher on rollers. The sink is full size, so is the refrigerator with ice maker. It all works great.  This will come fully equipped as we lived in it. 32 inch Sony HD tv, full washer and dryer combo unit. The washer/ dryer has recently stopped drying sometimes. I think it's just needing a new timer. I replaced one before on it.  20 foot Awning.  The 15,000 BTU central AC works great. No window AC as shown. None needed. 

Queen size master bedroom bed. It fits the slideout perfectly so you can't make it a King size or bigger. The main bathroom has a small tub with a shower in it. There is also a toilet. The back bathroom has a toilet and sink only. 

Whats wrong with it? There have been some leaks that came in without me being aware. This has caused some rot to develop in the master bedroom ceiling. It's not leaking inside, but the rubber top on the outside is very soft to the touch because the wood under it is wasted away, and it needs major work over a corner of the room. Maybe 6 foot square. In the back bedroom its the same way on the floor. Maybe 6 feet square but on the floor and wall there. There are some big soft spots and water damage. It's totally useable as-is but there are some issues with it. In the last two years, I totally replaced the floor on the main slideout and the master bedroom slideout with 3/4 inch treated lumber.  I used purple power on the sides to clean it and it stripped some of the nice white paint away. Sad to say the aluminum is showing through a little bit too. Not much but it looks kinda blurry on the side. You can see it in the photos. 

Title in hand. Its titled in Michigan.  This is move-in ready despite the water issues. It does not leak at this time either. Make me an offer. No trades. I don't want anyone to help me sell this either.
