Sleeps six with an over the cab bed, very comfortable jack knife sofa and the dinette turns into a bed. Seven seatbelts (three on the sofa and two on the dinette.) Recently, we pro-actively had the roof resealed and put on six new tires. The house batteries are less than two years old.

With upgraded leather front seats and so easy to drive, this is a comfortable RV to travel in. We came from Colorado and it handles the mountains/high altitude easily. It is a solid vehicle to drive in ice and snow, due to its weight and smaller size. It gets excellent fuel mileage (about 19 mpg on average with higher mpg on flat roads with no winds.) It is easy to set up and tear down.  It easily fits in parking spaces and there hasn't been a campsite that we couldn't easily fit into. With low miles for a diesel engine (96962 miles) the engine is just now getting broke in. All service and maintenance kept up to date with quite a bit rebuilt/renewed to make it a very reliable RV.  We are pet-free & smoke free.
