This has near-Flawless Full-Body-Paint, Larger 22.5” Smooth Riding Wheel and tire package with all new Tires. 2006 was a Major redesign for this model and thus this one has the Stronger W24-Chassis with a 24,000 Gross Vehicle Weight rating. That’s a 10% increase in capacity from the prior year’s design. I have included “in the photos” the Original Window sticker that lists every Factory Option on this RV. Key points about this RV include it has 2 brand New HDTVs (the biggest that will fit) and the TVs can run from the RV Battery power or from its 5500 watt Quiet Generator, Or from its 50 Amp Power Cable in a Campground. It has Dual AC in a Residential Basement Mounted Unit with Heat Pumps and a total of 4 different heating methods. It has a Washer/Dryer Hookup ready for you to stop at the store and pick up a brand new Appliance or I can help you with that. Also the RV was built with a Dining Table and Chairs Configuration but that Furniture can be replace with either a new Table and Chairs or a Dinette. If you want both a Dinette and a Washer Dryer installed that will cost combined about $2500 and is a negotiable item in the price of the rig. I would think you might want to personally select your preference on those features so let me know. I have just completed a very substantial major service on this Coach including: TVs, Tires, Oil Change, Hydraulic System, Generator Systems, Carpet Shampoo, Full Body Wax and Polish, Window Clarity Service work, Auto-Parking Brake Replacement, New Batteries, and the value of service Completed is over $6500 so you should not expect to write any maintenance checks any time soon. This RV is good to go. If I were going to keep this RV myself I would also install a Banks Power Exhaust System but it’s Fine with what it has for now. This is a very large RV but yet it is very easy to drive, It has great Mirrors and a Full Color Backup Camera that works perfectly Day or Night. The Main Awning is Power Operated. With 3 Super-Slide-outs it opens up like a small House Inside but you can move around freely inside even if the slides are closed because the RV is very well designed and Manufactured by Winnebago under the Upscale Itasca Brand.
