Description

2006 Used K-Z MONTEGO BAY Fifth Wheel in Oregon, OR. I'm selling my 2006 Montego Bay 5th wheel manufactured by KZ Industries. Very good quality coaches. It is 34 ft. long with 3 slide outs. In the 1st week of November I had it winterized, then had Les Schwab put on 4 new 14 ply tires, new brakes and also had the wheel bearings packed. Non-smoker and also no pets.
It has dual pane windows throughout the coach. 10 gal. DSI hot water heater. Electric awning. 3 patio lights on separate switches.
Pass thru storage with a sliding tray that opens on either side.

List of accessories I had my RV guy install after I purchased it last year:
DirecTV automatic satellite dish, requires the Genie DVR which is not included.
Digital HD antenna with power booster for local channels.
Cobra 2500 watt power inverter.
2 120 watt solar panels.
Splendide model 210 XC washer/dryer combo, works excellent. Vented outside so no condensation build up inside.
King size memory foam mattress bed with storage under bed.
Electric love seat leather recliners, very comfortable.
Leather couch in rear by the big rear window.
50-inch Vizio big screen, smart TV with wi-fi capability. Has 2 velcro straps to hold in place while traveling.
Surround sound with 4 speakers in the ceiling.
Replaced refrigerator with a Dometic black panel one, works excellent. Less than a year old.
Extended counter top next to sink for more counter/storage space.
Installed a remote controller for the ceiling fan/lights, controller is mounted next to love seat for easy access.
I replaced the dining table/chairs with a computer desk. I needed a computer desk more than a dinette table. I can have a table installed and the computer desk removed if so desired.
I'll also throw in my ice maker that works excellent.
High rise porcelain toilet mounted on a riser.
Installed a safety handle in the shower.
Added 2 assist handles by the entry way for easier access if you're handicapped like myself. Also put 2 smaller handles by the steps going up the stairs to the bedroom area.
I added an Airborne air ride hitch that makes the bumps in the road and over passess much smoother.
Awning over the bedroom window so you can leave the window open if it's raining.
