2006 Used Keystone COUGAR 289EFS Fifth Wheel in California, CA. Backstory & Details...It took me nearly a year of constant searching to find this gem, which was previously owned by a meticulous Firefighter. When we saw the layout and the care that it was given, we immediately purchased it. The floorplan is rare and amazing! Separate/private Master "wing" (Queen bed), stand-up shower, private toilet room w/ door, and sink w/ vanity. Additional sleeping available at the kitchenette table as well as sofa bed.... and then the real icing on the cake is the bunkhouse in the back. The bunkhouse for us is the greatest! With the Bunkhouse in the back, you can close the door, let kids (or adults!) sleep and fully come and go as you please! (We used the large floor space in the bunk room floor for a pack n play, with plenty of extra room!) 2 large pop-outs, making the trailer spacious and comfortable. Tons of deep storage for clothes, linens, and a big kitchen pantry. The carpet in the bedrooms have the original thick plastic on them essentially making the carpet brand new.

Exterior- When we purchased it the decals were looking a little old and starting to fade. I spent a couple thousand dollars (receipt available) to get the decals redone and they look outstanding! BTW, the decals have a 5 year warranty moving forward if anything starts to look faded, burned through or have any issues they will take care of it. Also has a pull-out utility rack in the back to carry bikes. Outdoor shower as well. Lastly, when we purchased this we spent an additional $2,500 (receipt available) to check EVERY connection, switch, outlet, & appliance, and seam (no leaking here!) We also put in (2) 7 gallon propane tanks, along with 2 new batteries, a kill switch, and re-caulked every single window, roofing, sides etc. The tires are in excellent condition, and also the registration is paid up through March of 2019! It's hard to part with this Beauty, but at this point we do not have the time off from work to enjoy it. Passing on our investments at a discount in hopes for the right family to enjoy it.
