• Tattered awning fabric has been removed. You can choose to replace it, or just bring along a pop-up canopy and have shade wherever you want!
• Refrigerator only works on propane (electric heating element has burned out).
• Hot water only runs off electric.

We are simply looking to let someone else enjoy the 5th wheel as we do not use it anymore. We're not looking to make a buck. The bank holds the title (in CA) which will be about a two-week turnaround to receive after pay-off. Bill of Sale, signed contract, or whatever you would like can be written up with purchase.
