2006 Used Keystone RAPTOR 3612 Fifth Wheel in Oregon, OR. Super clean, fully functional, perfectly priced.
There are a few imperfections: missing roof ladder, missing ladder to top bunk, a rust stain in garage and the inverter and sterio display doesn't work.
Generator is solid starts right up, new 10 ply tires with front changing bearings, super clean and well maintained.
Two queens- one in master, one in loft above garage. Coach pulls out to a full and table area flips over to somewhere between a twinand a full size.
Twelve foot garage. A.c. and heat works perfectly with proper amperage. Propane on demand heater is great as well. No leaks whatsoever, was stored in the valley all winter and winterized before then.
Also has a 4" lift for getting to those uneven spots.
It's an 06 raptor, super easy to find all specifics online. Needs updated tags. This is priced to sell. Garage also has the option to turn into a canvas cabana.
