New slide out covers, upgraded drivers side slide, Residential Fridge, washer/dryer combo unit, king bed, safe, office, every cargo bay has slide out trays. batteries are one year old. all curtains on the windshield and the family room are electric. What it needs, there is some sun wear to the clear coat around the top and passenger side, the owner before me had it in vegas, there are some cracked marble tiles, mid ship, all this is reflected in the price. The coach is serviced every April, they do a full generator, engine and aqua hot service, you could take this coach cross country right now with no issues. It rides like a rolls royce.
