2006 Used Northwood Mfg ARCTIC FOX 30U Travel Trailer in Colorado, CO. I am the third owner of this trailer.  I bought it from a retired couple in early 2014 in Mesa, AZ.   I pulled it around Colorado and lived in it with my dog for about a year; otherwise it has been in storage.  This trailer is in good condition for being 11 years old.  That said, it is well used and does have normal wear- some stains on the carpet, scratches on the exterior from being towed on forest roads, one of the support arms for the awning is slightly bent,  and some other minor or cosmetic issues.  I am pricing it below market value in order to compensate for the repairs and maintenance that I would want to put into it, if I were going to keep it longer.  All major systems are in good working order with the exception of the bedroom slide, which slides out manually, but needs unknown repairs to the wiring.
