Shower and tub w/ accordian shower enclosure and toilet. vanity w/ sink and mirror single queen bunk area w/ 3 new extra cabinets and flat screen tv hookup, all censors working new power tounge lift and lockable diamond plate tool box, Refrigerator, freezer. 2 sets of cushions for dining area, Dining area converts to queen bed. Exterior shower and BBQ grill and side mount w/ propane connection. dual propane tanks w/ protective cover. Front window all window with shades and valances for every window. Reinforced diamond plate front trailer top and bottom more protection. Also with cost comes 9 month old Generac GP 330 gas generator w/ plug in and adapter. New exterior marker lights,Tires in good shape body in great shape. We are upgrading to a larger trailer for kids and grand kids we only have had this trailer since june 2016 of last year we only used it once we love it but it is to small for our needs.
