The RV was completely refurbished before we bought it in 2013, Paint and all. As the RV was a rental unit, it was impeccably maintained and built to last. Awning was installed by Cruise America new. This RV has everything you need to go camping today! Coach Features: GVWR 14,500lbs, Oran 4KW gen, 6gal gas water heater, 13,500 BTU roof A/C, 25,000 BTU furnace, commercial grade upholstery fabrics, queen mattress, seats 9, huge rear storage with two access doors, and tons of interior storage. Tank Capabilities: Gas: 55 gal, Fresh Water: 48 gal, Grey Water: 22 gal, Black Water: 25 gal, Propane: 9.6 gal, Water Heater: 6 gal. Kitchen Features: microwave/convection oven combo, 4 burner high output stove, vent hood, and fridge/freezer, and shallow bowl sink with faucet.
