2007 Used Dutchmen GRAND JUNCTION 37QSL Fifth Wheel in Kentucky, KY. 37 QSL Grand Junction 5th wheel travel trailer: 4 slides, one for headboard of king sized bed, one for the kitchen, 2 for the living room. Onan generator. Electric levelers on all four corners. New in 2016, awning. Air conditioner unit new in 2016, thermostat was added new in 2016. Original air conditioner in master bedroom. (used very little) New power converter to comply with a recall in 2012. Two twelve-volt deep cycle batteries new in 2016. New black water dump valve in 2016. Exterior hot and cold water valves and shower hose for outside shower. 10-gallon water heater. Central vacuum. Moore Ride hitch.Unit has carbon dioxide detector, smoke/heat detector and propane fuel detector. Comes with custom manufactured fabric cover. Covers for all four tires. All interior wood work is solid oak. Kitchen table is oak with four upholstered chairs. All interior windows are surrounded by custom window treatments that match the overall décor of the walls and upholstery. Master bedroom features a king size wireless remote Sleep Number bed. Also is an oversized closet, overhead storage, a chest of drawers and a six-drawer dresser. 15-inch flat screen LCD TV with DVD/VCR player. There is also a small sink, medicine closet and large shower with its own skylight. There is a front-loading washer and a front-loading dryer stacked in a corner closet. Across from the shower is a private lavatory.  There is a ceiling sky light with fan and cabinets above the toilet. The porcelain toilet accommodates handicapped. The kitchen features a double sink, fax granite counter tops, a stove, a propane oven, exhaust fan and a convection oven. There are two refrigerator/freezer units. There is an overhead fan and light fixture in the center of the kitchen ceiling. The area over the table and refrigerators is decorated with beautiful carved oak molding. There is a built-in coffee pot.The kitchen is separated from the living room by sliding French doors. The living room features a couch which folds out into a double bed. The rear of the living room features a wall to wall picture window with smaller windows on each side and an emergency escape window is located behind the couch.  In each rear corner is a recliner/rocker.  The slide-out opposite from the couch has a built in remotely operated electric fireplace which was added in 2014. A ceiling fan and light is centered in the living room.  This area is also where the vented ceiling air conditioner is located. A full width window sits along the wall above a desk area with several slide-out drawers.  Above that affixed to a multi positioning mount is the 30-inch flat screen television. The TV and surround sound were installed in 2016.
