2007 Used Forest River CARDINAL 36TS Fifth Wheel in Utah, UT. I asked a dealer what I should sell this for and was told around the $25,000-$27,000 range. But that maybe this time of the year it might be slow and be march before it sells. I dont want to wait till March. I am offering this for sale for $20,000 so that I can sell it quicker. This also has a lot of upgrades beyond the factory that adds more value. It has 2 months of storage paid for and I will be happy to transfer that to whoever buys it if they need to store it for some time.
