2007 Used Grand Junction 35TMS Fifth Wheel in Arizona, AZ. Beautiful RV! Brand new hardwood floors installed throughout the kitchen and living area--bedroom is still carpet. Brand new insulation installed under hardwood floors--nice and comfy! New awning and the black tank has just been serviced.
This RV has a spacious kitchen and large private bathroom. It also comes with a washer/dryer unit--a great plus! No trips to the park laundry facility while you're traveling. Lots of storage room as well.
Currently has a dead battery, so I wasn't able to get pictures of the inside. Replacing that tomorrow so this weekend pictures of the inside will be available. Showings are welcome before that.
It spent a while in the Oregon rain, so the outside needs to be waxed. But the stickers and everything on it are perfect--no crazy fading. It just needs a good bath :)
