It has a propane furnace that is ducted throughout the camper that keeps it VERY warm. The grey, black, and fresh tanks have heaters in them to prevent freezing as well heated underlay storage bays. Heartland winter package goes the extra mile with great insulation throughout to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. 1 AC unit has 9 ducted vents to keep it nice and cool in the summer. Also has 3 roof vents with fans. I’ve installed LED lighting throughout the entire camper and added an Edison bulb lamp feature in the living room. The stove has 3 burners and an oven. The microwave is a convection/microwave combo. The fridge and freeze can run on both AC and Propane and switch automatically. The sink is a double sink with an upgraded residential faucet with built-in wand and an independent GE Filtered water dispenser. 2 Slides work perfect and the large 13’ living room slide was just serviced and lubed. It has the More/Ryde Suspension and airbag system that provides a smooth tow. It has G rated Goodyear tires with lots of tread. Its total length is 31’ and around 14k lbs if maxed out. The bedroom features an upgraded King sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer combo unit that works great. The shower has been upgraded with an Oxygenics shower head and wand that provides awesome pressure. It runs on 50Amps but can also run most everything on 30Amps except the AC and heaters. Generator prep package installed and a battery installed that runs lights and a few outlets even when unplugged from shore power. The camper is literally move in ready. It’s ready for camping!
