2007 Used Jayco JAY FLIGHT 26BHS Travel Trailer in New Mexico, NM. 30 AMP hookup runs the microwave, air conditioner, refrigerator, lighting, pop out, stereo and fresh water pump.  The twin 32.4 Liter propane tanks support the refrigerator (provides great cooling and freezer support for dry camping), the heater, 6 gal hot water tank, the oven and stove and an optional external BBQ.  Two 12 volt marine batteries provide power to the electric brakes if there is a trailer breakaway, power to the pop out and lights.  The water hookup provides support to the plumbing of the shower/tub, toilet, double sink, single bathroom sink and external shower.  There are two connectable discharge hoses in the bumper that export gray/black water into the appropriate site receptacle.

Sleeps 8: the master bed is a queen that lifts up to access a large storage area.  The twin single bunks have a draw curtain, an emergency exit and access under the lower bed for more storage.  The pop out has a convertible couch/double bed and a convertible dining table/double bed - these are great secondary sleep options.  The bathroom has a normal toilet with foot flush, a combination shower and half-tub with sky light, a sink and storage space.

The 26 foot trailer plus 3 foo tow-tongue yields a 29 foot total length.  This length makes maneuvering at camp sites, storage locations and filling stations reasonable and comfortable for single person operations.  Complete setup and takedown of the trainer at the camp site is single person manageable in less than 30 minutes for either.  The pop out extends about 3 feet and significantly adds to the living comfort of the trailer allowing free movement within the middle of the trailer during meals and morning routines - recommend serious consideration over a non-pop out option.

The wood TV mount frame remains, along with the spare tire, chocks and any residual propane in the tanks.

We found this to be a great overnight to 10 day stay trailer for our 4 person family.  The AC and heater handled us from freezing lows to 90 degree highs with reasonable comfort for sleeping and resting during the day.  You will find the cushions are comfortable and near perfect condition - this trailer will feel brand new and more than half the price off the RV sales lot.  If you are serious, give me a call.
