2007 Used K-Z NEW VISION 38SB Fifth Wheel in Oklahoma, OK. This is a KZ New Vision Sportster, M-38P, 3 slide out, 3 axle, Toy Hauler in very good condition. This has been adult only occupied, non-smokers. It is upgraded into a 4 season with heated tanks and heat wrapped water lines in the basement. There are two slides in the main room and one slide in the bedroom, very roomy. Queen (actual Queen) size bed with clearance on both sides, 8' closet, large dresser, lots of storage. Sleeps 6 with Queen bed, fold out couch, bunk area over garage. The main room is roughly 12' x 15' and has a ceiling fan. The garage is 10' deep with diamond panel sides, rubber floor and ramp with moveable tie downs. Our Tyrex side by side fits. The tires are new with less than 2000 miles on them. The 5kw Onan Generator has 281 hrs. The RV is raised so it would travel level with our 2014 RAM 2500. Unloaded weight 11,000 lbs. GVWR is 17,900 lbs.  This is in excellent condition and well cared for, our price is $19,900.Â
