2007 Used Trailmanor 3124KS Pop Up Camper in Georgia, GA. 2007 TrailManor 3124 KS travel trailer in very good condition.  We pull it with a 6 cylinder Toyota 4Runner.  TrailManor has a unique design that folds down easily and sets up in minutes for easy lightweight pulling with all the features of an upright trailer.  The body length when open is 27' 11" and 24'3" when closed for towing.  It has a roof air conditioner/heater, 12 volt electrical system with 45 amp power converter and battery charger, awning, 3 burner propane stove with oven, wood grained vinyl floor, electric tongue jack, king size bed, pull-out sofa for extra sleeping, lots of cabinets, wardrobe, hard wall bathroom with tub, sink and Thetford 12 volt recirculating toilet.  It has a 20 gal. fresh water tank and a 30 gal. gray water tank, Norcold 3way refrigerator, Suburban 20,000 BTU automatic ignition furnace, twin 20 lb. gas bottles with automatic changeover, roof exhaust fan, monitor panel, an outside shower and more.  The camper was never used much (probably less than 5000 miles).  The interior condition is excellent.
