Travel Supreme was one of them.  Comes with extended insurance policy.  This unit books for approx. $36k. In 2007 this unit originally listed for $99,900. My price at $27.9k is fair given the repairs a buyer may or may not choose to do (see below for list.  This is a 4-season RV that is residential grade and can be used for full-time living. It is sealed underneath with heating pads on the tanks to prevent freezing. Inside:
Bed frame on queen box has detached from wall. I will likely not reattach it as it seems better to leave it for vibration and movement during moving.
Air shocks on bed to be replaced (similar to those that hold open a car hood)
Smallish water stain from repaired leak on master closet wood. (Sand and stain/seal)
Kitchen sink fitting and caulk (Simple repair - Sink moved from under counter to over)
Bulb seal replacement on biggest slide out (Not urgent)
Cosmetic wall repair above the previously mentioned slide out (minor)
Cosmetic wall repair under lowest bunk from leak that has been repaired (wafer board and wall paper)

Outside:
Small repair rear bumper.
Crown piece with maybe 3' crease/dent (not easy to see even from roof - likely from tree rub)
Passenger side rear wrap panel behind third axle. Was beat up underneath when tire blew. (Not really noticeable). Associated plastic tire scalloping lightly damaged with incident.
Some clear coat degradation on front cap and rear bumper
Rear jack-stand on passenger side has been bent. Still functional. Easy replacement
Soft (likely water-damaged) corners under bedroom slider.
Likely leak from grey water tank when some accumulation achieved in tank. I operate with grey water valve open. Have tried to find leak before. Have new approach to try that will likely find the source of the problem.
I-beam partial fracture found by axle repairman. Likely weldment to resolve.
