The convertible couch converts to a twin bed and features small dinette table. Outside features include outside shower, outside pressurized spray port, spot lights, 4 speakers and fueling station.  Front ladder for roof inspection if needed. Brand new awning, brand new dual batteries and dual 20 lb propane tanks with power hitch jack.
