2008 Used Carriage CAMEO 35SB3 Fifth Wheel in North Carolina, NC. This Fifth wheel has been permanently placed in a beautiful park in Hendersonville, NC, 15 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 45 minutes from the Great Smokey Mountains.  It is surrounded by many national and state parks and numerous attractions for all seasons. The unit is on blocks. The black tank has been removed and a high end flush toilet (picture) installed.  All sewage is directly dispensed to main sewage system bypassing the grey tank. A beautiful 10' by 35' cement patio (picture) with an aluminum paneled roof occupys the door side with a lovely little flower and shrubbery garden (picture). Beautifully matched outdoor rugs compliment the patio making it a paradise for relaxing under the adjacent dogwood tree.  The front tow tongue is removed and stored in the forward locker allowing additonal parking space. The lot is a perimeter lot with total privacy to the rear and completely shaded all times of the day.  Both slides on the opposite side have been roofed so there's no need to close the slides during the winter storage months (picture). The interior has several upgrades: American Cherry finish, 3 burner stove with flame control on all burners and electric start on burners and oven, Lazboy double wall hugger recliner, memory foam mattress pads on sleeper sofa and on main bed, high end flush toilet, water filtration system (this park has really good water so we don't currently use this system), Samsung smart TV in living room with surround sound, CD/DVD player, space and hook-up for TV in bedroom, fireplace.  This model has a ton of storage including 3 bedroom closets, multiple drawers, double kitchen pantries with pullout drawers, kitchen island with drawers and storage, storage above seating areas.  The outside storage bins are huge and easlily accessible. There is A/C, furnace, Fantastic fan, microwave oven, standard paneled refrigerator, expandable dining table. When the roof was built over the patio we kept the electric awning because there is a screen room that zips onto the awning to create an outdoor living space.  It is totally screened with drop down plastic panels for rain conditions.  Perfect for grandkids to sleep when they come to visit. This unit has been lovingly cared for and has very little normal wear. The park is super friendly, owned by a couple who insist that all units are maintained in perfect condition.  We loved it here so much we bought one of the year round houses. The units are privately owned on leased land. The owners live on site during the open season May 1 - Nov 1. There's a clubhouse with plenty of activity to keep one busy every day and every night.  Lots of outside tours and activities are conducted througout the season. There's also shuffleboard courts and quite a few active traveling shufflers. The streets are paved.  Laundry facility onsite.  Seeing is believing!
