This wonderful motorhome was purchased from a dealer in Oct 2015. For two and a half years, I have lived full time in it (and traveled to and from state parks and San Antonio=approx 1560 miles) and LOVED it. What an adventure!! 

Some of the great features include: low mileage, great condition, maintained well, very comfortable living, clean title, honest seller/full disclosure. Convection microwave with grill installed Jan. '18, second couch near the bedroom that makes into a comfy bed, flatscreen TV across from the rear couch (next to the roomy bathroom). I looked high and low and found no others with this layout, lots of inside storage (pretty wood) and lots of outside compartment storage (four with pass through).
More: Powerful Ford V10 Triton engine, very low mileage tires, subtle cloth pattern (dinette bench seats professionally covered solid brown), new slide covers, new 13' awning, 4 wheel covers, 15 inch queen-size custom made mattress replaced factory mattress, generator clocked low hours and works very well, auto hydraulic jacks (with manual setting), new engine battery, propane runs 6 gallon water heater, oven, and stove, two dividing room partitions, 2 televisions & hookups for two more (1 outside), DVD player, great window placement with shades on all and in very good shape (the big back window is my favorite), carbon monoxide detector, propane detector, smoke detector, living room swivel chair, both couches convert to bed, dinette converts to bed, 2 A/C units, 2 furnaces, 2 power vents (ceiling), removable dash radio/cd player, 50 and 30 AMP with adapter, outside shower, tall inside shower with glass surround and curved skylight for added height, 5 slide out basket pantry, bedroom nightstand with 3 drawers, backup camera/monitor, registered until 9/18, RV warranty from RV CARE purchased ($5,855.00) will transfer for $50 and has 2.5 years remaining, several newly replaced items. No animals, no smoking, one highly squared away resident. Unfortunately, I recently made a small heat mark on the counter near the sink. The awning is manual, and though it could use a small part replacement, it works very well and sets up easily, and the dash a/c needs a little work. I maintain the roof (check it at least every six months). I'd love to show you this coach and answer any questions honestly.
