Brand new awning, 130 gallon fresh water, 36 gallon fuel station shared with on board 4k generator. Front sleeper with queen and two electric drop down queens in rear, bottom also can be used as couch to face in or out. Table on one side turns into bed as well as couch on other side. Tons of room for toys. 16 feet to first cabinet and more room on other side into the kitvhen. Triple axles tows great with no issues. Equalizer 14K hitch comes with trailer. Maxx vent air covers on all vents. Has built in king dome satellite with automatic setting to locate. Has over, microwave, fridge that runs on propane or electric, air conditioning, heater. Heater and AC are ducted. Water tanks were replaced 2 years ago. Only this it needs it batteries. Has batteries on it now that can come with trailer but dont fit in the nice little boxes up front. Has set up for 3 batteries for longer life. Also has custom tube under front to fit aftermarket dump hose. Has two large propane tanks 7 gallon each. Large storage compartment up front with tons of cabinets inside for storage. Everything works as it should. I am second owner and have kept it clean. Triler weighs 8720 dry and max of 13000.
