This camper is very well optioned including: 13,500 Ducted Air Conditioning, 1 piece fiberglass sides, 1 piece rubber roof, 15' awning, Exterior grill, external shower, heated mattresses, LP detector, microwave, refrigerator, sky light, power slide out, spare tire kit, stabilizer jacks, stove, TV antenna, water heater, full winter cover, and 4'x8' storage deck on the tongue. The dry weight is 3,867 lbs, the tongue weight is 287 lbs, and the gross weight is 6,409 lbs. Fresh water capacity is 31 gallons, black water and grey water capacity is 25 gallons each. It has a 55 amp converter. We also added a second battery.
The 4'x8' deck is also great for storing bicycles, chairs, firewood etc!
