This is a great unit! Loved since the day we brought it home from the factory!
This is a quad-bunk over hitch. 2 of the bunks are stationary, 1 folds up towards ceiling and last is a fold-down full size couch. Bunk has a roomy closet and a shelf to hold small tv. There is a curtain to pull out for privacy. Next to bunk area is sink/shower that is open and a room with toilet. Walk down 2 steps (which open up for a laundry chute) and you are by door and kitchen / living area. Kitchen has double sink, micro/hood combo, oven/3-burner gas cooktop, refrig/freezer and a large pantry. Couch is a "L" shape which pulls out into an inflatable mattress. The chair next also is a recliner. The couch doubles as the dining area, too. Has 2 tables that can be used (we usually use one as it is enough) with storage under both the L shape sides. Then into master bedroom. Queen bed with lots of storage.
We love this camper! It has so much storage!!! We are selling it because our children are now adults and we are empty-nesters... we want to purchase a large living space now and begin our "empty-nester" lifestyle.
Yes, the decals are wearing from sun and wind exposure. The door-side wheelwell has a crack in its fender due to a tire-blowing, but it only cracked and was fixed with duck-tape! Not noticeable. We replaced all 4 tires end of last season. Other than this, no problems. No issues. Just ready for a different model that we can better utilize the space.
We can only hope a family will love this 5th wheel as much as we have!
