2008 Lance 830 for SHORT BED 3/4 ton. This model is not made anymore and is hard to find. Sleeps six.

All aluminum frame, with fiberglass walls and block foam insulation. No wood to rot, weather tight, no leaks.
Roof in great shape.

30 AMP shore power, NORCOLD 6 cu.ft. 3 way AC/DC/Propane, Atwood 20,000 BTU furnace, Atwood 6 gallon water heater, Atwood twin burner stove with hood fan/filter/light, Low Profile ceiling AC, 5 gallon propane tank & BBQ quick connect hose,  includes almost new 24 inch TV with cable hook up.  Microwave, has one new (July 2016) battery, but room for 2.  Heated Holding Tanks, Mfg stated the dry weight as 2240lbs.

New king size memory foam matteress.  High roof line, most people can sit up in bed. Dinette seats 4 with sliding rail table for easy in/out. Converts to 6' bed for a large adult or 2 smaller people.
