The rear garage is 12' long and has plenty of room for all your favorite outdoor toys, such as ATVs, UTV’s, kayaks, bikes, and more. The frame-integrated D-rings will hold your toys securely as you head down the road.  The camper has the following amenities to name a few; 5,500 Onan Gold Generator with under 360 hours run time serviced every 50 hours, the generator, air-conditioned and heaters are ran every two weeks while in storage.  The axels and tires have been SERIOUSLY upgraded, the axels are 7 K axels with central lubrication, the tires are Goodyear sii-trailer tires H rated mounted on aluminum rims ridding on springs and shock absorbers with breaks on all 3 axels.  The trailer was fully loaded at the factory and has many aftermarket upgrades.  In addition, the unit has a central vacuum system, 2 gray water tanks, 1 black water tank, TWO large slide outs, 120-gallon fresh water tank, fueling station (for toys), outdoor shower, the garage area can be used as a separate bedroom and comes with mosquito net and rain fly.  TWO oversized AC units, with central ducts for heat and AC, automatic vent fans, sky lights, CO2 and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers.  In addition, it comes with an outdoor living area (enclosed with mosquito netting and rain fly’s) extra parts and all you need to go camping or on your next adventure including a 21K Reese 5th wheel hitch.  You could easily sleep 10+, we have only tried it with 4 people but there is the room to try 10+.   MUST SELL will consider all reasonable offers unit is priced within NADA guidelines
