2008 Used Monaco CAYMAN 35SBD Class A in Delaware, DE. This RV is spotless inside and out. With 48,000 miles, it's barely broken in. We have enjoyed traveling and vacationing in it over the years and are ready to downsize. All maintenance records are available. Â It has been washed and waxed more than most. Â Cabinets have been oiled twice a season. Â There has been no smoking and we do not wear shoes inside. Â Most people who see this RV think it's new. Â Needless to say, it's been well cared for and we hope a new owner will appreciate it as much as we do.
 Standard are two slides, auto leveling, an Allison automatic transmission, power front sun visors, pilot, co-pilot pull down sunshades, front door awning, Corian countertops, stainless convection oven and microwave, three burner propane stovetop, double stainless sinks, two A/C units with furnace, two sofas -one with an air mattress and one jackknife, two flatscreen TV's, Spendid washer/dryer combo, Fantastic fans in LR and bath, full dinette, power patio awning, window awnings, large under the bed storage, three closets and plenty of inside and outside storage.
 It is loaded with factory options like a 340HP Cummins diesel engine, side and rear camera system, a four door stainless refrigerator with ice maker, central vacuum system, bedroom ceiling fan, Sleep Number queen bed, an 8.0 diesel generator with a 2,000 watt inverter, a power cord reel, exterior tank gauges, RV sani-con drainage system, ducted A/C with heat pump and more.  Trailing arms were installed in 2/10.
Numerous upgrades have been added in the last few years such as all new Flexsteel interior covers, Voyager color rear and side camera system, Bluetooth radio/CD player, Blue Ox steering assist with in cab control, Progressive 50 amp surge protector, painting of roof radius and end caps with new emblems, wood floor in the bedroom, new kitchen  and shower faucets and two Bluetooth DVD players.
Two chassis batteries were replaced in 10/16. Â Four coach batteries replaced in 4/17. Â We have a Good Sam Extended Warranty and are willing to extend it for six months. Â It is transferable.
In the attached photos, you will see many interior accessories which are not included in the asking price. Â However, since we are downsizing, we will consider offering many of the Class A specific items to a new owner.
