Up for sale is this 2008 Monaco Signature 45Ft Cambridge IV bath and half model. This incredible motorhome is a one owner coach that was stored at the highest end storage facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It was kept in a completely covered climate controlled area plugged in at all times and was repaired or serviced any time that the slightest thing was out of place. This Signature was special ordered and is powered by a 650Hp Cummins turbo diesel which is paired with a Allison six speed world transmission. All this power sits on a Roadmaster S series 10 airbag chassis for a flawless driving experience. The exterior has a full body paint scheme with incredible graphics and no damage, fading or paint checking of any kind. The heated and cooled storage bays are full pass thru with electric slide trays. The coach has a full Girard awning package with two Girard automatic roof awnings which extend the full length of the coach and also has power Girard window awnings all the way around. The exterior entertainment center drops down from the front slide and when retracted is completely out of sight. The tires are all matching Michelins and are in grood shape with no dry rot or cracking and good tread, they were installed in early 2011. If you would like to have new tires installed we can work into deal and arrange to have installed before pickup. The interior of the coach screams luxury from the moment you step in. There was no exspence spaired in creating this luxury interior which has all the options you would find in a custom built home. Coach has over 20k in factory upgrades in just the interior. Everything is like new and shows no wear and tear of any kind. There are no smells and coach has never seen pets or smoke.
