VALUE:
Purchased last August with the intention to keep it... then bought a cabin. I had it fully serviced, oil changes, generator service, replaced anything not in excellent condition, new batteries, windshield wipers, the brightest headlights you can purchase, installed a 50" Brand New Samsung LED TV with custom cabinetry/electrical work, and new Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player. Also put a new Samsung LED TV and new Samsung Blu-Ray/DVD player. Fixed the cable TV system to work with the master TV as well as outside. Replaced the faucets and shower head. Replaced roof vents and had it detailed. One sold with a factory upgraded generator and 2nd AC for $59,999 last fall. You don't need the extra 1500 watts without the 2nd AC unit, and the 1 AC unit cools the coach down very well on the hottest of days. LAST NOTES (for full disclosure):
The service center that I got the oil changed and batteries replaced at said the tires are in good condition. I would replace them in the next couple years as they are a little older. The rears are 2007, and fronts are 2011 date code but have good tread. The front right will sometimes make noise over bumps, this is the king pin. It was rated a 4/10 when I had it checked out and is safe and still fine to use for plenty of miles. The garage told me it would cost $900 to replace. I didn't because they felt it was a 4/10 and the noise isn't frequent enough for it to bug me. The exterior is in excellent shape, with the fiberglass being perfect. There are a two extremely minor nicks (that are not down to metal) that would only be noticed if you searched very hard to look for them.
Those are the only things I would bring up. For full price, I will throw in a $400 surge protector (used once), a $500 full cover with lifetime warranty, and a car dolly that I bought (used) for $500 to tow my Aveo. I know you will enjoy it!
