Clean title in hand with no liens.This is a great travel trailer! The kitchen table was moved by the original owner (can easily be moved back to its original configuration. All it is missing is the original dining chairs). Included in the sale is the following extras:-Dish Antenna on a tripod-Dish Receiver (compatible with Dish for My RV Service/Pay as you go)-A flat screen TV mount in the master bedroom-Weight distributing hitch & sway bars-Outdoor mats (the type from Lowes that are large and connect together, there are two I believe).The length is listed as 33'. This is the Overall Length that I found by googling the year, make, and model. I assume this is the length including the tongue and rear bumper. The only flaws with this camper is fading of decals (as present with most campers), and a few small burn marks on the carpet where a small piece of charcoal was accidentally carried in and dropped (approx 0.5"-1" in diameter). These marks are visible on the photo from the bedroom looking towards the living area. They are located directly in front of the couch. It is located on the carpet of the slideout and could easily be concealed by an area rug or by replacing the carpet on the slide out.Cash only! No owner financing available.
