2009 Used Crossroads CRUISER 30QB Fifth Wheel in California, CA. 2009 Crossroads Cruiser 5th Wheel Bunk House M-30 QB
Fantastic for families. Very clean and well taken care of. Never been smoked in or abused. Queen bed (pop out) in front with a full closet. Great sized shower and separate closed door toilet room. Listed at 30 feet but it tapes out at 34. Two slide outs make this HUGE inside. Table area turns into a bed as well as the couch has a fold out. . .. It sleeps 10 people (really)!!!!
Two bunk beds in the back. . . meaning two separate bunk beds allowing for 4 people to sleep in them! These are adult sized bunks. . . not kid sized. The back bunk room can be closed (door) for privacy. Wired for a TV in the bunk room too. Under bed storage in front and rear. Real wood cabinets... tongue and groove, not particle board.
Outside hot and cold shower. . . perfect for rinsing off sand at the beach. Flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. Surround sound speakers (VERY loud) if you are into that. AC is ice cold, Heater is toasty. Fridge and Freezer work perfect. Stove and oven. Two sided sink in kitchen. Hot water heater runs on either gas or electricity based on your hook up ability (This is a great option!)
This 5th wheel has so much (lockable) storage it blows away all the other trailers I've been in. I can pack so much more than all my friends. Tires are only about a year old (no dry rot and tread is perfect). Aluminum wheels. No roof leaks.
All aluminum framed. . . not wood! This trailer will last forever. Power leveling jacks. No cranking. . . "Steady fast" trailer stabilizing system front and back. . . this eliminates movement and squeaking (I will never go without this again!) Power fans in roof of bedroom and bathroom. Tons of headroom inside.
The outside is fantastic. No dents, dings, flaws. . . All decals are good, except one stripe that has cracking. You can get a replacement for under $100. I just haven't done it yet. I also have a full cover for it. Trailer brakes work fantastic. Tows easy.
I hold the title on it and don't need to sell it. Just considering getting a diesel pusher. It is insured with AAA and they have the replacement value at $20,500. NADA values (go ahead and look it up) are "low retail $19,535 and average retail $23,520." New it cost $39,797. I'm asking $17,999.
