2009 Used Forest River XLR THUNDERBOLT 40X12 Toy Hauler in Alabama, AL. Here’s a super clean inside and out 2009 Forest River XLR 40X12 5th wheel toy hauler I took in on trade a while back. I’ve kept it around and used it personally over the last year and a half and it’s made a great unit! This XLR has a 5500 Onan generator (only 267 hours), a fueling station, gel coat exterior and so much more! The 40X12 floor plan has a queen bed slide in the master bedroom which gives you a large front double door closet and it has a dresser at the foot of the bed.  Â
It does have a private side aisle bathroom with a NEO angled shower with a glass surround, a porcelain foot flush toilet, a sink with underneath storage, and (2) entry doors. One for your guests to use and one from the master bedroom. The living area is very spacious because of the (2) opposing slide outs.  Â
The slide on the off door side has the (3) burner stove top, an oven, a microwave oven and the double door refer. Beside that is the entertainment center with an LCD TV. Across from that is the super slide which has a (2) recliners and a booth dinette which also converts into a bed for extra sleeping room.  Â
This floor plan also has a queen loft bed that you access from the living area which allows you to sleep (10) people! The 40X12 has an 12′ long x 8′ wide cargo area with a 1/2 bathroom and washer and dryer (3′ long x 2′ wide and can be removed). It’s a very clean toy hauler inside and out! I just installed a new battery, outdoor speakers, and serviced the generator this past April. The tires are right at 2 years old. The roof was inspected and resealed 1.5 years ago. It is equipped with the larger factory optional AC Units and RV is double insulated throughout. Generator can run both units at the same time. There are 2 full 30lb propane tanks included. Everything works as it should. Sold with a CLEAN and CLEAR TITLE. Retail on this unit is a little over $32,000! Save HUGE!
