Description

2009 Used Gulf Stream CRESCENDO 40K Class A in Arkansas, AR. This is a very nice 2009 Gulfstream Yellowstone/Cresendo M-40K. It was built late in 2008 as a GulfStream Yellowstone Country Club. The Cummins 360HP engine, Freightliner chassis, and interior however are the specifications of the 2009 Gulf Stream Cresendo M-40K Series-360hp Cummins Options. If you want to research this coach you need to look at the 2009 Gulf Stream Cresendo M-40K specifications.
It is in excellent shape. Non-smoker interior. Minimal amount of wear. All the appliances and TVs work as they should. Has an excellent Theater Sound System for the TVs, DVD, and radio system.
The two front tires were replaced in 2017. Rear tires are still in great shape. The roof local TV antenna was replaced with a new digital antenna. Most interior lights were replaced with LED lights. Engine batteries(2) are 2 years old, chassis batteries(4-6v) were replaced in 2017. I have two table tops for the dining set. A walnut top and the laminated top seen in the photos.
It has a front bra that we attached when traveling during heavy bug seasons and left off while traveling in the fall. Comes with an interior front window Sun Guard  shade that lets you see outside while parked while, at the same time, people can't see in.
We bought this coach for long stay journeys of 30 days or more and the basement was made for all your "stuff". The three main basement doors on both sides go from one side to the other. No problem what-so-ever for stowing everything you'll need.

Too many items and accessories to mention. Look at all of the 2009 M-40K specs and it will give you all the information you need. Or call me if you have any questions at all.

It has a few dings here and there from use. If we were to keep the coach longer the only thing I would replace is the awning. Small damage from falling limbs at a State Park have damaged the awning. The holes were patched but I wish I would have replaced it last year. Waiting for the State Park to accept resonsibility turned out to be futile.

Bottom line is that this is a nice coach and it is sooooo comfortable traveling anywhere! We hate to part with it but family circumstances make it unreasonable to keep it. Our grand kids got older and left to go over seas. The wife does not want the coach to be a "yard ornament".

Call me at 870-668-4017 for any questions what-so-ever. Please don't call if you are a dealer or broker. Thanks!
