• Great family camper  Sleeps 9. Queen bed (60 X 74) in front . Twin bunk over full size bed in rear. Jack knife sofa is 72 inches long. Dinette becomes bed as well. 

• Lots and lots of storage. Under dinette, under sofa, under queen bed. Storage under lower bunk accessible from outside. Giant pantry and 6 drawers in kitchen. Open storage over microwave and fridge. Cabinets over sofa and one in bunk area. Pass through storage in front with custom made slide to access your stuff.

• 19 foot awning with new fabric this spring. Also new AM/FM CD/DVD player with bluetooth and remote. 22 inch Samsung LCD HDTV. 6 gallon gas/electric water heater with bypass. 6 cubic foot gas/electric refrigerator. Ducted heat and air conditioning. 7 foot interior height and 6 ft 1 inch slide height.

• Atwood power tongue jack. Maxxair roof vent covers (2). 4 manual stabilizer jacks. Two 30 pound propane tanks with cover. 3000 pounds cargo capacity. New tires in spring 2014.

• 30 amp electric, cable and city water connection are all conviently located on rear of camper. Also has black tank flush connection
• Equalizer brand hitch included. $500 new value.

• Quilts and pillows shown on bunks do not convey. In the spirit of full disclosure some exterior decals are peeling. I have removed almost all from door side and some of rest but not all.
