2009 Used Majestic Leisure Craft TOURER II FORD Class B in California, CA. Class B RVs are convenient, small enough that you can park them in a standard parking space.

It is possible to use it as your every-day-car if you want.

This RV is in good shape, well taken care of. Clean title.

PLEASE NOTE: The rooftop AC does not work. I didn't really use it, the compressor turns on but it doesn't blow cold air. 

The tires have about 9000 miles, I have installed an alarm and keyless entry system.

I also installed a 100W solar panel on top with a quality controller.

The home battery is a 12V deep cycle battery, works great.

I am only using synthetic oil in it. 

This is a completely self-sufficient motorhome. It is built on a Ford E-250 chassis, it is very strong, able to climb the mountains and hills without much effort; even when loaded. 

You can plug it in electricity, cable, city water or use the water tank to store water. If dry-camping, you can use the generator to generate power and the solar panel keeps the fridge running smoothly.

It is really the perfect RV for one or two.
