2009 Used Newmar TORREY PINE 37SKRE Fifth Wheel in Texas, TX. This is a very nice, very clean Newmar Torrey Pine 5th wheel trailer. The trailer was never smoked in or occupied by pets. The Torrey Pine is the best built trailer made.  I bought a motorhome 2 years ago.  The trailer has been stored since 2014.  The trailer was taken to Texas  RV to check  and correct anything that might need fixing. The trailer is in perfect order. This is the nicest, cleanest 5th wheel you will find.  It has the following options:
2 New Batteries, LP Onan Genset, Recent gen service, New topper on slides, 4 Slides, 2- 30 gal lp tanks with 2 extra 30 gal tanks, 2 Flat Screen TVs, DVD Player, 4 Door Refrigerator, Corian Countertops, Seperate washer and dryer, Fire Place.
