The back let's down easily (spring assist) to load your "toys" in the back. We have had one 2 wheel motorcycle plus one 3 wheel motorcycle loaded at one time)
There is a fueling station on the outside. (never been used)
It has surround sound stereo cd/DVD player and the TV is new.
Microwave, gas stove, gas water heater, gas/electric refrigerator.
Everything works good and looks brand new! This is a VERY clean unit. VERY well taken care of!
