We are the original owners of this beautiful coach.  Complete maintenance records and receipts from date of delivery.Four slide-outs, Back-up monitor & turn signal activated side cameras.  Three low profile air conditioners/15,000 BTU heat pumps.  Convection/Microwave oven. Exterior compartment slide tray. Three burner range with oven.  Stacked Whirlpool washer & dryer. Bedroom: Queen size bed, TV and overhead two-speed fan.  SeeLevel tank monitoring system in the wet bay.  Watts water pressure regulator.  Ultra-leather air coil 74” Hide-A-Bed sofa sleeper on PS.  Custom desk and file cabinet with solid surface tops that match the coach counter tops on DS (*see note below).  Day and night shades (front windshield shades are MCD remote powered). 

• 2016 - Four (4) new Lifeline 6 Volt 300 AH Deep Cycle AGM GPL-6CT house batteries - Winegard Trav’ler 3 LNB satellite Dish 1000 - Exterior Sony 32” LCD TV with swing-out mount and Samsung sound bar - Saf-T-Plus steering stabilizer kit - Driver’s side front slide floor replaced - Kenwood Excelon KDC-X599 AM/FM/CD/USB/BT dash radio - New Kwikee entrance steps - New Aqua Magic toilet 
• 2015 - Six (6) new Bridgestone 295/75-22.5 R283 Ecopia load range H tires (TST 10 wheel TPMS with range extender included) - Two (2) new Interstate 12 Volt deep cycle chassis batteries - All sidewalls were replaced by manufacturer - Entire coach was repainted with base coat and three layers of clear coat applied - New Diamond Shield Nano front protective film applied - Koni FSD front shocks 
• 2014 - New carpet in bedroom and slide-outs - New driver (with air lumbar support) and passenger seats - New front overhead Vizio 39” LED Smart TV (replaced the standard 32” TV) - Wet bay floor replaced - Interior bulbs replaced with LED’s - Under-coach LED lights with RF remote controller 
• 2012 - Whirlpool residential refrigerator with water & ice in the door - Magnum MS2812 pure sine inverter with remote control, generator auto start and battery monitor kit 
• 2011 - Updated Atwood Leveleg with Sensor Technology electric jack system installed - Roof radius rails repaired (curved fiberglass sections removed and replaced with aluminum sections) 

* I realize a desk and office chair arrangement might not be desired by some people.  The desk is only held in place with four screws into the floor, and can easily be removed.  Then the possible addition of a recliner chair would be in a perfect position to view the front overhead TV.  This beautiful and meticulously maintained coach is ready to roll and provide years of enjoyment to its new owners.  I will be happy provide any additional information or pictures as requested.  Please contact me for some YouTube videos I created.
