2009 Used Tiffin Motorhomes PHAETON 42QRH Class A in Florida, FL. Has the remainder of a full Cornerstone transferable warranty about 1 yr 3 months or so left ,new Michelin XZE tires on rear axles ,newer batteries coach and house ,the turbo was recently replaced when we purchased and new bilstien shocks. Washer& dryer,dishwasher, gas stove,convection microwave, GE Stainless fridge,new master bedroom mattress, Two flat screen TVs and a new starter for the Cummins ISC 8.3 L motor  360 hp  , Allison 3000 auto trans, two stage engine brake. 20k hitch . Strong pulling coach towed a 24ft trailer loaded with ez go golf cart and SRX Cadillac Around 10k lbs hardly noticed 71ft in length and it got up to speed and cruised 70 plus mph effortlessly .  I have 2.5 million miles in a semi and found it pretty kool to drive ! Just an FYI for those interested. My wife calls it her Happy Place but alas we are young grandparents 49 now. Purchased  it in March of 2016 but it’s not fitting in our schedules as we dreamed, think we jumped the gun by 12/15 yrs LoL
