2010 Used Coachmen CONCORD 301SS Class C in Florida, FL

2010 Used Coachmen CONCORD 301SS Class C in Florida, FL. 2010 Coachmen Concord Class B+ Motorhome. It's a model 301SS, 32 Feet Long with one Full Room Slide for the Living room and Dinette. It has the Ford E-450 Chassis with a 6.8L V10 Gas Engine and only has 27,000 miles on it. The Generator is a Generac Guardian 4,000 Watt with less than 200 hours on it. Everything works as it should and there is no damage. I put new RV class tires on it in March of 2016 and have driven it about 7,000 miles since then. The body is all aluminum and fiberglass construction. It has a dual fuel double door refrigerator, 3-burner cook top, Microwave/Convection oven, separate Shower and bathroom, full body paint, Stainlss Steel Wheel Simulators, ton's of storage, leather interior, leather captains driver and passenger seats, cruise control, thermostatically controlled ducted heat and A/C, Rear and Side View Cameras that work with the turn signals or can be selected individually. Roof ladder on the back. Full size spare tire and wheel. It has always been parked under an awning and washed and waxed regularly. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the Sofa also has a queen size bed and the dinette converts to a single bed, so it will sleep 5 comfortably. Although it is in excellent condition, I'm asking less than book value because I've purchased a new Motorhome and need the parking area for it.
