2010 Used Coachmen FREELANDER 23BB Class C in New York, NY. Class C built on Ford E450 with 6.8L V10.
Only has 20k miles.
Runs and drives great.
25' size is easy to maneuver in campgrounds and parking lots.
Sleeps six comfortably.
Two 30"x80" bunks in rear, overhead 57"x95" cab bunk, and two J unit sofas with tables which can be combined to seat 6-8 people. The tables also convert to a king size bed for additional sleeping.
Rear bunks are a great set up for family with kids. Bathroom right at rear door for easy access from outside.
Has a hanging closet, pantry, and lots of overhead cabinets throughout.
Many exterior storage compartments. Hitch at back for bike rack, additional storage up to 500 pounds with rack, or towing up to 5000 pounds.
Brought in to Camping World in Kingston in June for maintenance, including 45-point check (electrical, generator, plumbing, lp gas, appliances, exterior). Also had them do roof sealing, refrigerator service, hot water service, heat service, and more.
New coach battery, new lp/co detector, new smoke detector.
Newer front tires with about 3k miles on them.

Generac generator.
Alpine stereo with sub-woofer.
Also just replaced TV with new LED backlit unit (black TV in pictures is new).
No pets and no smokers in the RV.
