We need to sell this camper ASAP!!!!!The bluebook on this camper is $59,000, the low bluebook is $44,000, and we are listing for $38,999. We have already purchased a new RV and need to sell this ASAP. We tried consigning with a dealership and pulled after the dealership would not keep the price in an appropriate range. 

We are the second owners. The RV has never been smoked in.

Why is the RV priced under low bluebook?
-Does not have original furniture. We bought new furniture when we bought the RV (you can keep the current furniture or put your own, thought it was better to price lower so buyer can decide instead of buying new furniture and hoping the new buyer would like).
-Ice maker in the fridge does not work. It has not worked since we bought the RV. Never repaired because we prefer to make ice with bottle water.
-Dryer door latch is finicky. Sometimes the dryer will open during a cycle.
