2010 Used Dutchmen KODIAK Travel Trailer in Texas, TX. 2010 31 foot Kodiak by Dutchmen. Model 31Rl-DSL with two slide-outs. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably. You could mix & match kids and adults and sleep 7 or 8.  The sofa is a sleeper and the dinette converts to a twin. Queen size bed with brand new bedding. New bath towels and kitchen supplies, like pots, pans, ice-trays and silverware. Brand new tires in the last few months. Many of the exterior lights have been upgraded to LED. Both 30lb propane tanks are brand new and full. Two fairly new batteries mounted on the tongue. Brand New Dometic 310 ceramic toilet bowl (never been used).The centrally ducted 15,000 BTU A/C is ice cold and the 30,000 BTU heater is toasty warm. Large flat screen in the living room and Bedroom. There are two entry doors on the passenger side, one in the living area at the back and one in the bedroom towards the front. There is a full pass through storage compartment in the front and two additional storage slots on the driver side. There is also outside hot/cold shower connections on the driver side as well. Many “little†things that were just not perfect have been recently replaced as I had planned on using this trailer with my family this summer. Examples: vent hood door, drawer slides, drawer catch, handrails at doors, electric breakers on tongue, light above stove, etc. Sway control system installed and comes with trailer. Electric tongue jack. Fan-tastic brand vents in bathroom and bedroom. This trailer is ready for camping or traveling now.
